Baden-Württemberg’s higher education landscape has a balanced mix of the various chemical specialisms. Enterprises have highly motivated experts in inorganic as well as organic chemistry, physical chemistry, theoretical chemistry, analytical chemistry, technical chemistry and biochemistry available to them.

Around 2% of students at Baden-Württemberg’s higher education establishments decide to study chemistry. Around 2% also graduate successfully with a degree in chemistry.
