At Expo Real 2007, numerous providers from Baden-Württemberg will present investment projects and investment-related services to an international expert audience. Due to the significance of the trade fair for Baden-Württemberg, Prime Minister Oettinger will pay a visit to Expo Real on October 8, 2007 to meet with numerous investors.

Since its premiere in 1998, Expo Real has developed into the central international platform for investment, real estate projects, project development and business. This is why numerous exhibitors from Baden-Württemberg are participating in Expo Real and presenting their existing properties and project developments to an international expert audience.

This year the location of Baden-Württemberg will be exhibiting in Hall B1, the most-frequented trade fair hall. In addition to the official state booth, which is being organized by Baden-Württemberg International, the economic regions of Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, Ulm and Freiburg are also represented through community booths that are clustered together in the same area. In this manner, potential investors can get a cumulative overview of the possibilities offered by Baden-Württemberg as an investment location. The state booth will present the other leading economic regions of Heilbronn-Franconia, East Württemberg, Northern Black Forest and Black Forest Baar-Heuberg. Other Baden-Württemberg community booths from the Lake Constance region and the Rhein-Neckar region will be located in Hall C1.

The objective of Baden-Württemberg’s participation in the trade fair is to showcase the locational advantages and development opportunities that Baden-Württemberg offers investors and companies willing to settle in the area and to better position the Baden-Württemberg financial and investment marketplace at the international level.

This year’s highlight of the Baden-Württemberg presentation at Expo Real will be a location presentation with a subsequent greeting by Prime Minister Oettinger. In addition to relevant information about the location of Baden-Württemberg, foreign exhibitors will also receive an invitation to an exclusive culinary tour in which all of the Baden-Württemberg community booths will be involved.
